Our story began in 2023, when we stumbled upon a charming old 1970s Viscount caravan in Adelaide and thought, “Yep… she’s the one.” With a lot of love, late nights, and more than a few coffees, we transformed her into the mobile café and Greek street‑food truck of our dreams. Once she was ready, we brought her back home to the East Coast, where we now roam the Tweed Shire serving markets, events, and private functions.
